Niagara Parks Centennial Lilac Garden

14004 Niagara Pkwy , Niagara on the Lake, Ontario 43.155417, -79.049588

The hummingbird moth feeds on nectar, has similar body shape and colouration, and hover-flies much like their avian counterparts. Similarly, this moth is an effective pollinator for many of the same plants that attract hummingbirds, such as honeysuckle, phlox, and lilacs. In the springtime, fragrant lilac bushes can be viewed here in abundance.
